Shipping and Return Policies


Shipping Policy Information

All orders will be shipped via UPS for delivery. If your package arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately to report any damages. There are no refunds if the package is lost. A replacement will be sent out once UPS declares a package as lost which can take up to 8 business days.

Return Policy Information

Brigade Manufacturing Inc offers a 30 day return. You must email Brigade Manufacturing Inc. and obtain a Return Merchandise Approve number prior to any return, refund, or exchange. All returns must include the original receipt and invoice, along with the billing address, shipping address, contact phone numbers, contact emails, and Return Merchandise Approve Form. Returns, refunds, and exchanges will take up to two weeks, not including transit times.

The return must include ALL items that were shipped with the product. Shipping charges and/or shipping costs are not subject to refunds. Products not subject to returns include custom configured products, used products, special orders, and items sold "as is" "no returns" or "used".

All returned items must be in the same condition as when they were shipped by Brigade Manufacturing Inc and must be returned in original packaging.  The customer will be assessed a re-stocking fee up to 25% of the product sales price if the items  are not returned in resalable condition, as determined in the discretion of Brigade Manufacturing Inc.

If the customer fails to include a Return Merchandise Form with the returned item(s), or if the Return Merchandise Form is incomplete, Brigade Manufacturing Inc will NOT process a refund or replacement for the item(s) and the package will be returned to the customer. Please note, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
